I had such a lovely evening, Tuesday 28 July, at Hepworth Church. It has been a while since I have been there, and I was impressed by the beautiful new ramp that has been installed.
Hepworth and Hepworth Church are very special to me. Hepworth was my home for 15 years. My first home as a newly wed, and where we lived when our children were born, christened, went to preschool and Junior & Infants school. It holds so many memories. It is also the place where my journey to becoming a reflexologist first began over 10 years ago 💚
It was such a pleasure and a privilege to be invited to talk about reflexology to The Mothers’ Union this evening. You might tell I was slightly apprehensive before first going in, but I needn’t have been. Such a warm welcome from familiar faces and new. The warmth in the room was palpable. 🥰
I talked about how I got into reflexology, what reflexology is, did a little demo with a pair of kindly volunteered feet and talked through what to expect at a reflexology session, followed by some hand reflexology techniques for homework. It was lovely to chat after with tea and cake. And I was so touched to receive a thank you gift. Not expected at all and most appreciated. 💕💕
If your group might be interested in learning a little about reflexology, I would be happy to come to talk to you. Please get in touch 💚
