From Glasgow for the .uk_oneplanetaesthetics workshop to inspiring conversations with incredible women, including , May was full of growth, connection and perspective.

I was proud to shine a light on dry eye through and magazine, while continuing to do what I love most: changing lives through surgery and dry eye treatment.

Excited to be presenting at the Envision by InMode Innovation Breakfast this June and helping introduce this next generation technology to the eye world.

As the first oculoplastic surgeon globally to work with the platform, I’ll be sharing my approach to advanced dry eye, IPL, RF, periocular rejuvenation and why ocular wellness deserves a far more elevated conversation.

Last weekend was a lot but so empowering 🙌

I stood on stage at Disruptors Festival 2026 .plc and spoke about some of the hardest chapters of my life. Not for sympathy… but in the hope that another woman sitting in that audience might realise she is allowed to choose herself. Walking away from what breaks you takes courage people rarely see behind the scenes.

Then it was straight to the Aesthetic Awards at Olympia ✨
Glam, laughter, beautiful people and a reminder of how far I’ve come professionally and personally.

And honestly? My favourite part of the day was ending it tucked up under a heated blanket, glad rags off, wine in hand, joggers on and surrounded by love. The older I get, the more I realise peace is the real luxury.

The technology is next level.
Being in a room full of innovation, surrounded by people who are genuinely pushing boundaries in this space, is something I never take for granted.

But for me… it’s always about the people.
The conversations, the connections, the friendships that happen in between it all.

And of course… the parties did not disappoint 🥂✨

A morning of elegance followed by a day worth celebrating ✨

So honoured to be invited to the Epicutis breakfast launch at the stunning Bvlgari Hotel. Such a beautifully curated start to the day surrounded by inspiring people and meaningful conversations 🤍

Then the celebrations began 🎂 Spa time with my girl Roshni for her birthday as it should be 💆🏽‍♀️✨ followed by the most divine dinner at Bacchanalia. Nothing less for a birthday queen 🖤

💫 Women in Aesthetics

What a day… I’m honestly still processing it.

A stage led by 7 phenomenal women, each sharing stories that weren’t polished, weren’t easy, and definitely not linear. Real journeys, real setbacks, real moments that could have broken them… but didn’t.

It really hit me that I’m not alone.

We all go through it. The chaos behind the scenes, the parts no one sees. But there’s something so powerful about pushing through and coming out stronger.

The energy in that room was incredible. Honest, empowering, and the kind of inspiration that stays with you.

And being there with my own saviour, .theskinguru 🤍 someone who has truly been part of my story, made it even more special.

Days like this remind me why I do what I do and why we keep going ✨

Menopause in practice 2026🤍

Such a special day sharing the stage and speaking about optimising eye health, hormones and the often overlooked link between menopause and dry eye 👁️✨

It’s a topic I care so deeply about and being able to teach my protocols, connect the dots, and help change the way we support women at this stage of life felt incredibly meaningful.

So lovely spending time with my InMode family, catching up, learning, laughing… and then swapping scrubs for sequins for a very glam Great Gatsby evening 🥂✨
