A frequently asked question Is deep tissue massage meant to hurt?

In someways yes and no. It is a very strong massage to have and can feel intense,depending on your knots and pain threshold you should never feel i can't tolerate this either.So always talk with your therapist to gage your pain levels. I can't feel what you are feeling after all.Pain is unique to you and only you can gauge how you feel during your treatment ! A rule of thumb is you never want to feel sensations such as burning,tingling,sharpness this is not good for your body to tense up. It should feel like a that feels like it's doing something. When i do trigger points it should feel intense like a 7 out of 10 pain which is pretty high but after 30 seconds to a minute it should feel like the pain is going away... There is parking on site either street or drive

working from home environment not a clinic, but a lot of people that see my garden and treatment room always say wow this is so nice ,oh I love your garden. I have decided to remove manicure and pedicure from my Services

I have decided that I rather do my massage Services as I am totally confident in this.I Prefer doing massage and feel you get the best service when you have a treatment .Where as manicure and pedicures I don't feel as confident in them. Sorry if this disappoint some people. I hope to have them up and running again in the near future. As I am trained in it.

Some oils are not suitable for some medical problems such as epilepsy and high/low blood pressure

But most oils are suitable for a lot of medical problems such as menopause, anxiety,depression,headaches and much more.
