Bereavement. Loneliness. Long-term health conditions. Unemployment. Relationship breakdown. These are just some of the life challenges you can find support and signposting for at Night Light Cafe Horncastle.

We're a volunteer-run NHS community service offering a friendly listening ear and a safe space for when life feels tough. We also offer games, activities and crafts to help you connect with others or take a break from your cares. Refreshments are available throughout.

If you're over 18 and feel things are getting on top of you or impacting your mental health, then drop in tonight and see how we can help. And feel free to bring someone with you for moral support - you'll both be most welcome and we look forward to meeting you.
