Hi I am Amy, the host of this page and I am the founder of Vagina Truth Bomb, a lymphatic educator and Women’s Health & Wellbeing Mentor. I created Vagina Truth Bomb I want to help change the narratives and attitudes surrounding women's health & wellbeing to ones that are more POSITIVE & more INFORMED! This follows my own experiences having struggled with endometriosis, hysterectomy, surgical meno

pause, chronic constipation and more. I have created the VTB 5 Foundations of Health & Wellbeing, which are:

I am so excited to share that my good friend Emily May has become a fellow Tropic Ambassador!

Today was a beautiful day for supporting Tom running a 10K ☀️

He did so well and we are so proud of him. ❤️🦚

Monty, Waffle & I cheered and clapped on all the runners on the final Westward stretch ensure we supported until the end! I actually bruised my hand from excessive clapping 🤣👏🏻👏🏻

Well done to everyone who took part, runners and organisers/volunteers etc 👏🏻

Then we visited for an epic Sunday lunch 😋
