A fun, supportive class where mums can move, rebuild strength, and bring their little ones along.

Mums & Cubs is a welcoming fitness class designed for mums with toddlers who want to prioritise their health while still spending quality time with their children. This class blends functional strength training, mobility, and postnatal-safe exercises to help you continue rebuilding your body after birth.

The sessions focus on helping you:

Rebuild full-body strength

Improve core stability and pelvic floor function

Increase energy and mobility for everyday life with a toddler

Move safely and confidently after the postnatal period

Your toddler can stay close by, play alongside you, or even join in parts of the workout. The environment is relaxed, understanding, and designed with mums in mind, no pressure if little ones need attention.

Every class is structured but flexible, recognising that life with toddlers can be unpredictable.

Suitable for children aged 1- 3 years old.
