Osteoarthritis is one of the most common causes of joint pain, especially as we get older๐Ÿฆด

But itโ€™s not just โ€œwear and tearโ€ โ€” it involves changes to the entire joint, including cartilage, bone, ligaments and surrounding tissues.

And itโ€™s not just a condition โ€˜olderโ€™ people suffer from.
Risk Factors include:

According to the NHS national guidelines, adults aged 19โ€“64 should aim for each week:
โœจ At least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity (like brisk walking or cycling), or 75 minutes of vigorous activity (like running or sport)
โœจ Strength training on 2 or more days per week (working all major muscle groups)
โœจ Plus reducing long periods of sitting where possible
