I help women reconnect with themselves through intuitive Holy Fire Reiki, feminine embodiment and gentle guidance.

I used to look in the mirror and hate the fat parts, and the jiggly wiggly parts.

My reflection was clouded with so much judgement and criticism.

Yet I've been in the decent for around 6 months now.

I've been holding every single uncomfortable thought and feeling.
I've been learning how my body works
And how to accept it exactly as it is.

I've been learning how to show thanks for my body for the 4 babies it has held and grown, and the 2 it has nourished and constantly cares for.

For all the life and memories it has created and everything that has moved through it.

I've been building a sacred relationship with myself, my body, my mind, my heart, and my soul.

Whilst I've been making small adjustments to feel better, I haven't tried to change the way my body looks until I've finally accepted it, exactly as it is.

Until I can be seen with my bloated tummy, my bingo wings, my 'thunder thighs' and cellulite and still feel my confident, feminine self.

No breathing in, no hiding any parts of myself, no judging, no criticising.

That time is now.

When I look in the mirror, I see a beautiful, strong, sensitive and powerful woman.

And I love every cell in my body.

I feel gratitude for everything my body has been through, survived, held, and everything it does for me.

I am now ready to honour my body in new ways. Not because it needs fixing or I don't like what I see. Because I love it enough to help it thrive.

This isn't the end of the journey.
It's the beginning of a new chapter.
One where I nourish my body, move it, strengthen it and care for it because I love it, not because I'm trying to earn my worth.

The body I have today is already worthy of love.

And the woman I'm becoming gets to evolve from that place.

We all need a place within us that we can call home. A place that feels safe, so we can take those big and little steps to expand out of our comfort zone.

The safer you feel within yourself, the more you can expand - because you have that safe space to return to, to contract and integrate the expansion.

This is something that I help you with in my sessions. It's not just Reiki.

Because I am a divine feminine guide, as well as an energy alchemist. We can work together to release, to reset, to rebuild, and I can intuitively guide you through it all.

It's not just Reiki.

If you're ready to receive a powerful Holy Fire Reiki session ~ whether you want to rest and reset before for the holidays, activate your purpose and power, or return more deeply to yourself ~i have a few final appointments available between now and August.

I offer 45 minute and 60 minute sessions as well as Reiki mentoring.

Reiki Mentoring includes a 60-minute Holy Fire Reiki session, followed by a full month of unlimited voice note support from me.

Together we'll help you embody the energy and wisdom that comes through during your session, navigating any challenges, celebrating your breakthroughs, and integrating lasting change into your daily life.
