Back in 2023, I designed my very first workshop - a journaling workshop.

Then I found out I was pregnant and it got put on the back burner.

Last year, I went back to it. I started revisiting my ideas, designing new workshops and slowly building a little collection of things I would LOVE to bring to Stress Less & Wellness.

Months and months of planning and they’ve been sat there ever since.

Not because I don’t want to do them. Not because I don’t believe in them.

I think I’ve just lacked the confidence to actually put myself out there and DO IT.

So this is me pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

One of the things I love when a client comes to see me is being able to send them away with little nuggets of information, ideas and things they can actually try at home.

Over the years I’ve learnt so much through the different courses I’ve done, but also through things I’ve tried, learnt and found helpful personally. These workshops are really a way of bringing all of that together and being able to share more of it with you.

I have lots of ideas in the pipeline but these are the workshops I’ve designed so far:

A vulnerable share…

Reading this back, I realised something.

The reason I’m so passionate about helping people isn’t because I’ve got it figured out.

It’s because I know what it feels like to live in uncertainty.

To feel like you’re constantly in fight or flight.

To wonder which way to turn.

To feel like life is happening to you rather than for you.

That’s why, when people come to see me, I encourage them to be present. To switch off. To rest without guilt. To forget about work, their to-do list and everything waiting for them outside my door.

Because for that small moment in time, there’s nothing else they need to do.

Just be.

I know how important that feeling is because I’ve needed it myself.

I think it’s also why I’m taking Stress Less & Wellness in the direction I am.

My goal has never just been to offer treatments.

It’s to help people create a life they don’t feel the need to escape from.

That might look like slowing down.

It might mean letting go instead of adding more.

Removing things that no longer serve you.

Getting clear on what you want your life to look like, rather than comparing it to everyone else’s.

And if you’ve ever wondered why I’m so passionate about encouraging people to chase their dreams, believe in themselves and keep going…

It’s because I’ve learnt that no one is coming to save us.

But we’re capable of far more than we often give ourselves credit for.

One of my favourite pieces of wall art simply said:

“This phase will pass.”

I believed it then.

And I believe it now.

So many of you have messaged asking if there would be a solo Heat Retreat 🫶🏻

Some of you may have noticed that I originally included one, then removed it pretty much straight away.

It just didn’t feel right, even before I posted it.

The retreat for two simply doesn’t translate into a solo experience and I wasn’t comfortable charging what I would have needed to charge to keep it exactly the same.

So I went back to the drawing board.

I’ve completely reworked the experience, changed the order, shortened it slightly and created something that’s been designed specifically for one person. It just needs a few tweaks and then i’l be happy!

✨ The Solo Heat Retreat launches on 15th of August.
