Nottinghamshire Heritage and Tourism Network is attending the Museum and Heritage Show this May in Hammersmith.

They need assistance with travel costs, link in the post, if you can please support our efforts to bring the latest information on conservation, funding and training back to Nottinghamshire.

This May, Nottinghamshire Heritage and Tourism Network has the opportunity to attend the Museum + Heritage Show.

This a key moment for us to explore what national support, resources, and partnerships could help our county’s heritage sector thrive.

We’ll be gathering insights on funding, training, digital tools, and collaborative programmes that could make a real difference to Nottinghamshire’s museums, historic sites, and community projects.

Bringing this knowledge home means stronger connections, better support, and more opportunities for the whole sector.

But attending the show comes with costs we can’t meet alone.

We’re launching a fundraising effort to help cover our travel and exhibition expenses, all funds raised will be used to support heritage and tourism in Nottinghamshire.

Today I've been out to Mansfield, Ollerton and Edwinstowe in Nottinghamshire. Looking at Churchyards, this also ment I was on the trail of Robin Hood and his merry band.

I had an amazing visit to Norwood Park in Southwell. This Georgian House and Estate has everything you could want in venue that screams luxury. The site is available to hire and has golf courses for those looking test themselves.

The room are period in there decorations as you can see from the pictures. I felt like I was on the set of Downton or Pride and Prejudice.
