✨ Call Your Energy Home Before You Go to Sleep ✨

Before you drift off to sleep tonight, take a moment just for you.

Throughout the day we’ve all given little pieces of our energy away to work, family, social media, conversations, worries, responsibilities, and the things that have been weighing on our minds. Before tomorrow begins, it’s important to call that energy back, only bringing back what is yours, cleansed with love.

Try saying this tonight:

I now call all of my energy back to me, cleansed, restored and filled with light. I call my energy home from every person, place, conversation, situation and experience from today. I lovingly release anything that isn’t mine to carry. I let go of stress, worry and anything that no longer serves me. I reclaim my peace, my strength, my confidence, my joy, my creativity and my inner power. I close any energetic doors that need to be closed and surround myself with love, light and protection. Really enjoying this time off but i cannot wait to get back to doing treatments next week!! Ive really found my happy place ✨
