Early to rise allows time to get the washing on, piggies out, Oscar and Linus fed & a glorious herbal brew for me before clinic opens 🌟 I make a big pot & drink throughout the day hot or cold.

One of my favourite blends is hibiscus, elderflower & pineapple w**d. It’s fruity, hydrating & delicious….bit more than that it’s healing too.

Hibiscus is anti inflammatory, full of antioxidants, cleansing, bursting with vitamin C and has a positive effect on circulation - BP and cholesterol

Elderflower - dried when in full bloom, perfect to ease any hayfever & sinsusits symptoms., anti inflammatory & a real pick me up

PIneapple w**d - ahhhh one of my favourites too, well I love them all…a member of the chamomile family so that gives us a few clues as to its wellbeing properties. Calming & a digestive aid.
