'I started having really intense feelings while I was breastfeeding that almost felt like my skin was crawling and I felt really irritated. I spoke to my Health Visitor about it and she explained about breastfeeding aversion. She gave me some information and techniques to try when the feeling came over me, and they have really help distract me while I'm experiencing it. I'm so pleased she helped me figure it out and gave me ways to cope. It's meant I've been able to continue to breastfeed when I was feeling like I'd have to stop.'

If you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4, you may be entitled to get help to buy healthy food and milk.

If you’re eligible, you’ll be sent a Healthy Start card with money on it that you can use in some UK shops. We’ll add your benefit onto this card every 4 weeks.

Across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, if you're eligible, you can use your card to buy:
🔹 plain liquid cow’s milk
🔹 fresh, frozen, and tinned fruit and vegetables
🔹 fresh, dried, and tinned pulses
🔹 infant formula milk based on cow’s milk

You can also get free Healthy Start:
🔸 vitamins for women
🔸 children's vitamin drops for babies and young children
