Enjoy an afternoon of calm creativity at a nature-inspired sand mandala workshop. Mandala in Sanskrit means ‘circle’. This creative form has been used for thousands of years to represent life, the universe, self discovery & personal growth.
Working with the grounding qualities of sand, and found materials from the natural world you will create a representation of your unique expression.
With gentle grounding & relaxation practices, time spent with nature, and the creation of your unique sandala piece while enjoying herbal tea, this can be a beautifully relaxing & restorative process. 4pm-5:30pm on Sunday 5th July. DM for details

A Nature-therapy session is a collaborative process of co-creation between individual, facilitator (or guide) and the web of nature as a whole. Many experience this as a ‘homecoming’. A return to our innate wisdom and the gentle remembering of our natural capacity for healing. Nature holds, hears & sees us, recognises us as kin, & can be a place of safety that our nervous systems recall from deep within our being. Held in my calm private room, and with the wider natural spaces surrounding, these sessions are bespoke to each unique individual.
