We could say Personal Trainers are the front line of preventative Health care.

As a trainer, it is my responsibility to observe people's movement, strength, habits, health-related behaviours most consistently.

Being on the front line DOES NOT mean replacing health care. It just means building capacity, supporting sustainable behaviour changes, recognising red flags. And most importantly, respecting professional scope and referring where needed.

✨ A slightly later start in the cabin today after popping through to Strachur to visit some lovely friends 🫶

And what a lovely afternoon of treatments ahead…

💪 First up - a 60-minute Sports Massage
🌿 Then a super relaxing MLD treatment
💆‍♀️ A regular client enjoying her first Swedish Massage
🇮🇹 And finishing with a lovely Italian couple enjoying some Swedish relaxation

Then hopefully manage to catch some of the Solar Eclipse tonight 🌒

A busy little cabin, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🤍✨
