My name is Iwona and I am from Poland. I have lived in Inverness for over 16 years and the Highlands for me feels like home. I studied physiotherapy in Poland and took many courses including: Indian Head Massage, Seated Acupressure Chair Massage and Hot Stone Massage. After many years of working as a receptionist, admin and as an estate agent I saw first-hand how office work can really impact body

and mind. Working long hours at a computer desk, answering phone calls and dealing with clients can put a lot of stress not only on the body but also on the mind. Brain fog, feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious are all very common complaints amongst office workers. Headaches, neck and back pain seem to be affecting almost everyone at some point. With my experience and passion for massage and its stress relieving benefits I came up with the idea of high-quality massage at workplace, to improve staff health and wellbeing. I created Perfect Therapy Inverness with business owners in mind, choosing massage treatments that are suitable for any space and time provided. Helping you to create a healthier, happier workforce in no time at all. Furthermore, I am always looking to give back to the community. I always look for ways to support local charities, offering free massage treatments during sports and charity events. At Perfect Therapy Inverness I am all about supporting small local businesses. I use massage/aromatherapy oils that are handmade in Highlands.

Leith first came to as a client. Last weekend, we celebrated a DMRox win together 🏆💪

What started as a client-and-therapist relationship became a friendship ❤️, training partnership 🏋️‍♀️, and now teammates 🤝🔥

DMRox pushed us hard 😅, but crossing that finish line together made the victory even more special 🏁

💌 A card that touched my heart.

A few days after losing her mum, this beautiful client came for a massage. 🌿 Together, we created space to breathe, to pause, to feel, and to hold her mum close in her heart. 🤍

Today, I received these kind words from her, reminding me that massage is about so much more than muscles and tension. ✨ Sometimes it’s about being witnessed, supported, and given permission to simply be. 🕊️

Moments like these are why I do what I do. ❤️

🤯It honestly made my day. I actually went back up to thank the guy who wrote it - such a lovely gesture.
