I started my Chair Yoga training this week 🪑✨
One thing I love in a yoga class is being able to adapt the poses to meet the needs of everyone, by using props to support them.
Living with MS means I also understand first hand how tricky moving can be sometimes, especially up and down from the floor! So learning how to teach yoga to an even wider range of mobility and physical needs is exciting to me.
I can’t wait to offer more accessible classes soon 🌿
