Welcome to The Funeral Suppliers’ Association (FSA). We are the link between manufacturers and suppliers in the funeral sector.

We aim to safeguard and improve the traditional high standards of products and services that our members provide.

The National Funeral Exhibition organised by National Association of Funeral Directors is nearly here.

Soon the sector will gather for the largest UK trade exhibition of it’s kind and we will be there. You can find us in hall 2 at stand 308, we hope to see you there!

Our National President was pleased to accept an invitation to attend the SAIF independent funeral directors Annual Banquet last month.

David is shown here with both outgoing SAIF President Ross Hickton and his successor Gary Staker.

We have strong links to our fellow trade and sector organisations and both our President, David Fry, and a number of FSA members were in attendance throughout the Annual General Meeting & Banquet in Stratford upon Avon.

The FSA works tirelessly to ensure our members are well represented within the sector. 📣

We work alongside other funeral sector associations such as ICCM - Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management and The Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities - FBCA to represent members’ interests.

With over 50 members in attendance, covering all areas of the sector, we had a fantastic meeting last week!

Our general meetings give the opportunity for members to meet and network, learn from our guest speakers, and discuss topics of interest within the sector that can be raised by The FSA to other organisations and sector bodies.

Welcome to our new members! We're delighted to have Celebrant Circle, Funeral Pay and Lighthouse Funerals join our list of Funeral Suppliers.

🟢 Celebrant Circle are a celebrant organisation offering training and membership to ensure gold standard celebrancy across the UK.

🟡 Funeral Pay have a membership fee equal to little more than £10 per week there is no better place for manufacturers, suppliers and service providers to meet with their counterparts to discuss all things funeral.

🟠 Lighthouse Funerals offers an alternative partner for funeral home acquisitions, built on a foundation of personal experience and a deep commitment to maintaining the integrity of family-run funeral businesses.

With a number of companies showing interest we look forward to continued growth in 2026!

📣 Meeting reminder! 📣

Our first general meeting of 2026 will be held at our usual venue, The Limes Country Lodge Hotel on Wednesday 4th February.

We're looking forward to welcoming Julian Atkinson of Kindly Earth, and Mathew Crawley from ICCM - Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management to speak.

👋 Introducing FSA President, David Fry!

David is also the National Sales Manager, Clarke & Strong Ltd. David started working for the family business in 2003, travelling the length and breadth of the UK, meeting funeral directors and establishing, building and maintaining relationships with businesses of all sizes.

David lives in Coventry with his wife Lisa, loves spending time with his grandaughter and is a keen Leicester Tigers fan.
