The Supper Club
Is an event designed to engage women in topics that affect women. To give them the space to explore things that may be seen as taboo or shameful or not for women.

Food is more than fuel it is an opportunity to share space, connect with others, and feel truly looked after. Food can be a way to show love and care for another or a way to share culture and traditions.

I can not tell you how excited I am to bring this event to Ipswich in collaboration with ROOTS COMMUNITY CAFE with the aim of it being a regular event that you all look forward to and tell everyone and their mum about.

I would absolutely love to hear your suggestions for topics for future supper clubs so please put them in the comments below πŸ‘‡πŸΎ

Something is happening and I'm too excited about it.
Squirreling hard behind the scenes to create spaces where women can gather be themselves and feel seen, heard and understood. Where women can learn new skills to become more independent, autonomous and joy filled.

Monday I will be making an announcement

The Joy of Collective is a community for women to connect with other women and build or expand their own village.

The last meet up we had was at Christchurch Park and it was so wholesome and chill. I was not chill I was buzzing but everyone else was doing whatever they needed for a couple of hours whether that was drawing, painting, crochet, knitting or simply reading.

The next Cake and Connect will be the first one dedicated to mums. This too will be held at Christchurch Park
Thursday 27th August 10am to 1pm
Vicki πŸͺ·|| Conscious Parenting Coach is a parenting coach and will be giving a short talk about conscious parenting and will be around to answer questions you may have.

UNTAMED MUSES | Photography for Women | Norfolk & Suffolk will be gracing us with her dreamy feeling photography and will be taking pictures of you amazing mummas with your little ones because a lot of mums only have selfie with their kids but Sam will be there for a mini mumma and me shoot. Please buy a photography ticket if you want your picture taken, this ticket includes one photo.

There are standard tickets available if you do not wish to have your picture taken and just wish to hangout. Ticket available via the linktree in bio.

Yes, it has been done before but not by you!

So stop making excuses and start doing the thing your heart and soul are screaming at you to do. That thing is on your mind all the time. It's time to stop shrinking yourself and take the leap. Things do not need to be perfect to start. You can and will learn along the way, adapt, and revise.

Resilience is your super power if something doesn't work, figure out why adapt it and go again and keep going until you achieve your goal.

Your experience, skill and perspective is needed and there are people out there looking for someone just like you to get them through, to teach them something, to show them that it is indeed possible.

Journal prompts to promote accountability

Accountability is an essential skill to have. Being able to own up to things you have done and apologise for the impact of your actions is important.

Letting ego get in the way of repair can cause more harm.

Practice accountability every day, start by reflecting to yourself or in a journal, then get comfortable being uncomfortable and hold yourself accountable in the moment.

How good are you at holding yourself accountable? What makes you get defensive?
