I purchased my machine on 3 October with in 6 weeks it was throwing codes for E5 i descaled it cleaned it and the it started saying i need a new carbon filter that is supposed to last 6 months!
Customer service response is shocking still to this date no reply to multiple emails! i have had to do all my contacting them through Instagram!
This machine is available on Alibaba for $118 dollars rebranded into there and many others branding! In all Milky Plant advertisements they claim they designed it! The replacement filters are not available and there are many of us with the same problems.
No one can get any response from there customer service page at all. I would like to think they are just slow but i feel they are a scam company after your money! False advertising false claims and yet they post daily about there machine and there story.
Please do not be fooled into thinking this company will have your back they simply want you money!
