The new AI system is intended to help us manage demand more effectively. This allows our staff to focus their time on patients who require direct assistance -

There are different ways to contact the Practice, depending on your requirement –

For appointments –

*complete the online Anima triage form via the NHS app or visit our website
*complete the online Anima triage form via the telephone using the AI system installed onto the phones

For queries, prescriptions etc -

*email us with your query
*email and ask us to call you
*speak to the AI system outlining your query
*speak to the AI system and ask for a call back
*speak to the AI system and ask ‘put me through to Reception’

There is no need to come to the Practice to make an appointment

SOME POSITIVE PATIENT FEEDBACK ….

Patients visit their GP for a range of different reasons and sometimes these issues can be caused by non-medical matters such as loneliness, anxiety, unemployment, illness or debt.

We're very lucky to have two wonderful Social Prescribers working across all our practices in Canvey, who can help patients access the support they need. Here is feedback from some of the people the team has helped.

Patients registered at any Canvey GP practice can book appointments at our Saturday clinic. They are usually booked via your own practice during the week, but some on-the-day appointments may be available - please call 07542 905713 between 9am and 5pm today (Saturday). If the line is busy, please do keep trying - we do our best to return any missed calls. Appointments are held at Third Avenue Doctors Surgery.
