One of our Anglesey Show Ambassador, Mared Edwards' initiatives for this year's show is the introduction of a Sensory Tent / Pabell Synhwyraidd. 💙

Located near the Main Entrance, this calm, welcoming space has been created for neurodiverse individuals, families, or anyone who needs a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of the show.

I grew up connected to Wales — my maiden name is Evans, and my grandfather was a Welsh Guard. This island means something to me.

That's part of why I wanted to bring Stable Minds here.
Walk-and-talk therapy in nature. Trauma-informed support. Community outreach that comes to people rather than waiting for people to come to it.

But none of that means anything if it doesn't match what people here actually need.

Something new is starting on Anglesey — and we want you to be part of it from the very beginning.

My name is Milly. I'm a psychotherapist and the founder of Stable Minds CIC a multi award-winning non profit mental health organisation in Cheshire. I've always believed that where you live should never determine whether you can access support.

Anglesey is beautiful. It's also rural, isolated in places, and for many people — getting mental health support here isn't straightforward.
