Between 7-8.30pm today we will be offering FREE phone and email support for anyone who is caring for someone with mental health issues or ND. We can listen, help to signpost or suggest options - as former Samaritans and qualified mental health professionals 🪷

This week our Parents & Carers group will be virtual! 🫶🏻

We are trialling this to see if it helps for those who would like support or someone to chat to, but are unable to make it out of the house at that time or cannot access our facilities in Newport

We don’t want to exclude anyone from receiving support - so this is a totally FREE service and as qualified MH practitioners we will offer a listening ear as well as signposting advice etc to services on the IOW.

Alicia is a Holistic Health Coach, Reflexologist, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, supporting people to improve their health, energy and overall wellbeing.
Taking a personalised, whole-person approach, she helps clients create sustainable lifestyle changes through health coaching, movement, relaxation and practical wellbeing support. Her services include one-to-one health coaching programmes, reflexology, personal training, yoga classes (Carisbrooke) and wellbeing workshops, all designed to help people feel healthier, stronger and more balanced.
