Who am I?
I think when it comes to trusting a practitioner it’s always good to know their ‘story’ - So here’s mine… 💚
From pretty early on in my life I had a love of good food! I still remember being at a kids party in Northumberland at about 8 years old and someone asked my favourite food (most kids answers would be pizza, ice cream etc!) My answer was ‘avocado & prawns at my Granny’s house!)😂🥑
And my favourite remains the same to this day! One of the only subjects I enjoyed at school was Cookery (that’s what we called it back in the day) - this led me into an interest in food in general.
I studied Diet & Nutrition for a few years whilst living in Holland back in 2010 & eventually took the plunge to put my all into making a business out of my passion.
I returned back to the UK & went down to London to train specifically in Allergy Testing, Clinical practice & opened the business in 2014 💫
Since then, I and Nutrition Element have come a long way! (With hurdles in between as many businesses do!) but I can honestly say it was the best decision of my life & I’ll forever be grateful that I get to meet so many different people from all walks of life & can have a positive impact on their health & wellbeing! 💚
My goal for any client is improvement- not perfection! We are all human at the end of the day - and life is short!
