Never had Manual Lymphatic Drainage before? Here’s what it actually looks like 👀

If you hear the word massage, you might expect firm pressure, deep movements or something quite intense.

MLD is very different.

It uses gentle, slow and rhythmic movements designed to support the natural movement of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system.

And yes, it really is this gentle! 🤍

A lot of my first-time clients are surprised by how relaxing the treatment is, with many saying they leave feeling relaxed and lighter afterwards.

You can now combine some of your favourite therapies into one longer experience, whether you’re looking to feel lighter, deeply relax, rebalance or simply enjoy some well deserved time for yourself.

I’ve also introduced MLD courses, giving you the option to book 3 or 5 lymphatic drainage treatments at a reduced price.

After months of planning, building, decorating and putting everything together, I’m so excited to finally be able to say… the lodge is OPEN! 🤍🌿

There are still a few little furnishings and finishing touches to arrive, but the treatment space is ready and bookings are now open.
