Went to inspect a bathroom ceiling in the Valleys this morning.

The mould had better coverage than my Wi-Fi.

🔍 Damp Forensics Report Complete! 🔍

Another deep dive done today, and as always, the clues tell the whole story 🕵️‍♂️💧

We found classic signs: dark staining creeping up the corners, visible mould growth, and those tell-tale cold spots showing up clear as day on the thermal camera 📉❄️.

Inside: humidity hitting 60.6% – way too high, creating perfect conditions for damp and mould to thrive.

Outside told the rest: blocked drains, vegetation holding moisture against the walls, and old airbricks that are barely doing their job 🧱🌿. Water is getting in, and it’s staying in – simple as that.

Every property has its own story, and it’s amazing how much you can uncover when you look closely, measure the facts, and follow the moisture trail 🚰✨.

Now we’ve got the full picture, the cause is clear, and the fix is straightforward. Another one solved ✅
