HANDMADE CERAMIC HEARTS

I’m so happy to see how much you’ve loved our little ceramic heart dishes!!! I absolutely adore them too. 🥰

Each one is handmade, each one slightly different, and those beautiful, vibrant glazes just seem to bring a little something to wherever you put them.

And I love how everyone finds their own use for them. A little dish for jewellery on the bedside table, somewhere to keep your favourite crystals, a place for your keys, a little sage holder… or simply left just as it is!!!

There are only a few pieces remaining from our very first collection now, which makes them feel rather special.

Handmade in Belgium, with each heart completely unique.

Stress often shows up in small, easily overlooked ways.

A furrowed brow.
A clenched jaw.
Tired eyes.
Shoulders creeping towards your ears.
A mind that remains “on” long after the day has ended.

This is why small rituals of rest can matter so much.

A weighted relaxation eye pillow creates a moment of darkness, stillness and gentle pressure around the eyes. It cannot remove the source of stress, but it can create the conditions that make it easier for the body to soften.

Nothing to look at.
Nothing to respond to.
Nowhere else to be for a little while.

Sometimes, ten quiet minutes with an eye pillow is all the invitation we need to pause and return to ourselves.

WEDNESDAYS ARE FOR DELIVERIES

Every Wednesday, I personally deliver Equilibrium Lifestyle orders within a 15-mile radius of Kenilworth.

And honestly, it has become one of my favourite parts of what I do. 💚

There is something very special about carefully packing a piece, knowing where it is going, and then delivering it myself, either meeting you in person, having a little doorstep chat, or simply knowing that your parcel has arrived safely and with care.

Today I delivered a couple of very special parcels, and it honestly made my day. Because for me, this brand has never just been about making and selling beautiful things. It is about connection, thoughtfulness, and creating pieces that become part of someone’s home, rituals, or everyday life.

So yes, Wednesdays are delivery days - and I love them 🥰

We often associate sustainability with what’s new.

New materials. New innovations. New solutions.

But sometimes, the most conscious choice is to look at what already exists. Antique and vintage pieces bring more than beauty into a home. They carry history, craftsmanship, and a sense of longevity that feels increasingly rare.

For me, mindful living isn’t about filling spaces.

It’s about choosing pieces with meaning.
Pieces that have lived before… and will continue to live on.

Customer feedback like this genuinely means the world to me. I am always so grateful when someone takes the time to leave a review, because I know how busy life is.

One of the loveliest parts for me is hearing how my products are used and what they help with in everyday life. Reading that something I have made brings comfort, calm, rest or a little ritual of wellbeing is incredibly special.
