Martin Holme Soundbaths I play a number of instruments (gongs, singing bowls and chimes etc) to help people to relax deeply. We consider the vibrations as medicine.

Two September soundbaths just announced.
Suzi Staden Pilates 6.30pm at Evegate Smeeth on the 25th and on 27th September at 6pm I am back at Godmersham after the summer break.
Please contact Suzi to book for her soundbath and me directly for the Godmersham one.

If you are missing the soundbaths ( none in August) I can do personal/ small group ones either here at my home or at your home.
Sometimes I can combine it with Thai Yoga Massage/ Indian head massage and reiki.
I also can do a full body Thai Yoga Massage.
It is done clothed on a mat and last about an hour ( maybe longer if necessary)

Lovely evening last night at Suzi Staden Pilates.
Thanks for coming and bringing such lovely energy. It was good to play the new drum and rattles.

I have just made a drum.
I was reading about how powerful drums are as they reflect the first sounds you hear as a human being in the womb.
Sonia and I made a drum last year and the thrill when the skin dried on the frame was amazing.
This morning I made one and look forward to playing it at the soundbath at Suzi Staden Pilates on Friday

A week today we will be back at Suzi Staden Pilates for a soundbath.
Looking forward to seeing everyone.
On the following Sunday we have a floating soundbath at Champneys Eastwell Manor in the evening. If the weather is kind we will be outside.
It’s a really beautiful experience to float to the sounds of the instruments.

It makes sense to amalgamate the Godmersham and Suzi Staden Pilates soundbaths this month.
So to be clear I am cancelling the soundbathat Godmersham on the 26th July and combining it with the Suzi Staden Pilates one on the 31st.
I hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone intending coming to the Godmersham Soundbath.
