We're nearly halfway through our Roots & Shoots therapy group! 🌱

Together, we're focusing on developing the strong underground "roots" that help our children grow their "shoots" and thrive in school and beyond.

Our sessions provide opportunities for children to safely challenge themselves, try new things, build confidence, and begin developing self-regulation skills that can support them in the classroom and everyday life.

And it's not just for the children! Parents have the chance to connect with one another over a cuppa and a selection of biscuits each week. ☕🍪 (Although this week's parents might remind us that we underestimated how many chairs we'd need! 😅)

If you'd like to register your interest for our September 2026 groups, which will be launching soon, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about your child and we can advise of the best option.

✔ No referral or diagnosis needed
✔ Suitable for children who have had previous therapy involvement, and those who have had no input before

The summer break can be a great opportunity to pause, reflect, and gain a better understanding of what’s going on for your child- away from the day-to-day pressures of school.

What a fabulous time we’re having in our Roots and Shoots group!

This is a fun, social space that we use to focus on important underlying skills for school- coordination, attention, using both sides of our body, fine motor skills. We’re looking forward to rolling out more of our specialist therapeutic groups!

These groups are for clients who have been to our studio before and don’t need 1:1 therapy sessions any more, or for children we’ve not met before. As well as the sessions, you get handover sheets with therapeutic activities to complete at home, to maximise the carry over into daily life.
