Introduction to neurodiversity and essential oils. Practical tools for focus, regulation, and daily support. Live educational session.
On 6 May I will be hosting a live educational webinar together with Holly Bolt and this is a conversation I am truly excited about.
Holly Bolt is a neurodiversity specialist, consultant and advocate. With over 18 years of experience in classroom teaching and learning support at colleges, universities and workplaces, and a wealth of professional qualifications in the field of neurodiversity, Holly seeks to share both her expertise and lived experience through specialist assessments, consultancy, coaching, mentoring and professional training.
We’ll be exploring how essential oils can support neurodiversity, with a special focus on concentration, regulation, and creating supportive daily environments.
This session is designed to be practical, grounded in both science and real-life application especially for those working with or supporting neurodivergent individuals, including practitioners, therapists, and educators.
What we’ll cover:
• How sensory input affects focus and nervous system regulation
• Which essential oils may support concentration and emotional balance
• Simple, safe ways to integrate oils into everyday routines
• A broader perspective on supporting neurodiversity with care and awareness
This is a live, educational session no sales, just knowledge, tools, and shared experience.
If you’re working within healthcare, education, or community support (including NHS and local councils), or simply feel this topic resonates you’re very welcome to join us.
