Are you aware of the large Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) being proposed on Gortnarane Road, Claudy, outside Derry?
This is a rural area in the Faughan Valley outside Claudy. It runs into an Area of Special Scientific Interest and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is full of our natural bio diversity and so should be protected by EU law.
We need to stand up for our countryside and for the River Faughan. If we don't do it who will?
