With the New Year approaching how are you feeling?

Excited? Dreading it? Hopeful? Indifferent?

It’s totally normal to feel a whole range of emotions as the New Year approaches. There can be a lot of pressure on us to be in that “new year, new me” mindset, to pick a word of the year, to set a bunch of unrealistic resolutions that we forget about by February!

Instead why not create space for what is coming next, whatever that might be.

We have 366 days, 52 weeks, 12 months and 4 seasons stretched out in front of us to not just survive but truly thrive.

This time of year is a great time to release things that are no longer serving us, limiting beliefs that are holding us back, pressures that we put upon ourselves to do certain things. Leaving them in 2023, allowing space to move into 2024 lighter and more open.

If you are holding on to things that are no longer serving you, if you are craving space and time to reflect and release then this workshop is for you!

This workshop will include a heart opening cacao ceremony, transformational breathwork, guided meditation and space for journaling, reflection and intention setting for 2024 in a beautiful safe space.

This workshop will be held at Jam Street Dance in Stewarton on Sat 30th December from 10.30am - 12.30pm.
