Don’t under estimate the power of deep breathing!

Try every day to take 5 minutes and slowly deep breath. It’s calms, it creates clarity, it focuses your mind, body and soul.

If you see someone falling behind, slow down and walk beside them. If someone’s being left out, find a quiet way to bring them in. And if someone’s been knocked down—by life, by loss, or by their own thoughts be the one who helps them stand again. A small act of kindness can stay with someone for years. You never know what people are carrying, but you do have the power to remind them they’re not alone—and that they still matter💚

In April 2025 I completed the 8 month COSCA Counselling Skills Course. Combining both Theory and Practical Skills Training. SCQF Level 8
