Just under 4 weeks to go until Elevate starts! There is still time to sign up though we are excited that nearly all 10 spaces have been filled. Elevate is not extreme nutrition, extreme fitness or extreme wellness. Together Nicky and I are going to support you on your own personal 10 week journey that will help you transform your mental and physical health. If you want more info then I can forward this to you. If you would like to talk to us to help your decision making I can set this up. Message me Frances Rayner or Nicky the_mindcoach or WhatsApp 07802448836

Being healthy shouldn’t be hard!

Understanding what your body & mind needs shouldn’t be a minefield!

Feeling pressured to participate in extremes isn’t necessary.

Extreme diets
- fasting
- detoxing
- removing food groups
- restricting calories
- diet regimes for the masses not the individual

Extreme exercise (unless it’s a hobby)
- lifting excessive weights
- participating in hours of cardio
- pushing your body to the extreme to keep those kg’s off!

Extreme wellness
- cold water plunges (unless you really enjoy it)
- expensive untested supplements
- expensive therapies advertised as guaranteed wellness

What have you tried?

Over my life I’ve tried lots of different things in pursuit of being thinner, feeling better and being the best version of me I could be but what I know now is that…

eating well ✅
sleeping well ✅
reducing stress ✅
balancing hormones ✅
running for enjoyment ✅
lifting weights to stay strong ✅
enjoying healthy relationships ✅

…. has worked better than anything I tried in my younger years.

What glued all this together was ….

tuning in to how I feel physically & mentally ✅
respecting ME / my mind & body ✅
allowing myself space to grow and develop ✅
compassion for my own needs ✅

This might sound selfish but it honestly isn’t because all of this has allowed me to be there for and support my family - parents, husband, children, grandchildren and show up for my friends at different milestones in their lives.

How did I learn this? Some was instinctive but much of it I have learnt. Some the hard way and others through connecting with the right people at the right time.

Out of this ‘Elevate’ Wellness Coaching for Women has been born. The idea started to develop last year when I was travelling and from the start I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. I wanted Nicky The Mind Coach to come on this journey with me because she had the expertise to help glue together all the education I can give women and really help them to develop the tools to live well and be themselves!

Being healthy shouldn’t be hard!

Sometimes things don’t always go to plan!

Beautiful Sunday morning ✅
A fabulous group of ladies ✅

We get three tracks in and the tech decides to give up! 🤦‍♀️

I cannot thank everyone enough for making a highly stressful situation much lighter and calmer and helping me to keep going and carry on.

We still walked, laughed, danced and sang!

I have learnt a little bit more about my equipment today and will understand how to fix it in the future.

Big love to everyone who came 🫶
