With a passion for making women look and feel their best, I offer a bespoke one-to-one personal training service. Following a Mathematics degree at Leeds University, followed by 3 years Accountancy with Ernst and Young, I pursued my childhood dream of becoming a Nurse. Throughout my life I’ve been involved in a variety of sport, and having had my family (Will 15, Josh 13 and Owen 11) my nursing c

areer was becoming less practical and it struck me that being in my trainers and gym kit was when I was most comfortable. I had friends in PT and thought that if they could do it I could too. So here I am 10 years later. Over recent years I have taken part in several triathlons including the Olympic Distance London Triathlon which I completed in just under 3 hours. I have also done the Run to the Beat Half Marathon and the Hampton Court to Kingston Swim.
