Today we say goodbye to Gavin Kingham as he leaves Barford Court after two years as our Registered Home Manager.
During his time with us, Gavin has played a key role in creating a positive and supportive culture throughout the home. Thanks to his leadership, Residents have felt heard and valued, Staff have been engaged and empowered, and Families have always received a warm welcome.
Gavin's dedication, commitment, and passion for delivering high-quality care have made a lasting impact on Barford Court, and we are grateful for everything he has contributed.
