We are proud to celebrate the fantastic work of Christelle, one of our Registered Managers at Fairmont Residential 💙

Working in partnership with NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB, Christelle has been helping to deliver the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism to both NHS professionals and frontline care staff across our homes.

Training like this plays such an important role in improving understanding, promoting person-centred support, and ensuring autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

A huge well done to Christelle for helping to make a positive difference across health and social care 🌟
