I love a visit here... whilst on plan I can have everything from baked potatoes 🥔 to salads 🥗 soups 🍲 all free on plan which allows myself a 🍦 for a treat with swips left over for the day!

Sarah's been voted Woman of the Year 2026 in my Thur 10am group! Here is her story...

"Loosing over 6 stone has completely changed my life, brought back confidence I never thought I’d have again & brought me back to my passion of horses.

I used to always start a diet and think this time it’ll stick & it never did. After my girls getting their own little loan pony in March of 2025 I felt like I was watching them living my dream which was both beautiful & heart breaking at the same time.

Fast forward to August 2025 when I decided that I wanted to be back in the saddle and the only thing stopping me was my weight. I set a goal that I wanted to loose 2.5 stone before Christmas & I smashed that. I got back in the saddle in December 2025 & it was a massive push to keep going. Fast forward another 8 months I’ve lost another almost 4 stone and just last month I bought my own horse. Now I’m getting to live my dream along side my little girlies & it’s a feeling I cannot explain🥹

I have now maintained at target for just over 2 months and have a completely different outlook on life. I’m about to go on holiday & for the first time in as long as I can remember I’m having to take outfits out the case because I have far too many that I like!"
