I am an accredited Reiki practitioner who likes to help humans and their animal friends. Reiki is a gentle, kind, non-invasive healing energy, which only works for good. It works very well alongside all other health interventions to promote recovery. The benefits of Reiki are endless but include the following:

- Helps to relieve stress and anxiety
- Promotes deep relaxation
- Promotes pain relief
- Calms a busy mind
- Strengthens the immune system naturally
- Relaxes tight muscles
- Energises the whole body
- Adapts to the needs of the individual

I can carry out treatments face-to-face, hands on or off, depending upon client preference, or from a distance. It works equally well wherever you are.
