tIf you’ve never had microsuction before, the idea of a "mini vacuum" in your ear might sound a little daunting but I promise it is a quick, gentle, and completely painless procedure!

Here is exactly what to expect when I visit your home:

First, I will use a specialized, high-definition camera (an otoscope) to look inside your ear canal. I'll check the health of your ear and locate exactly where the stubborn wax is blocking the path. If your ears are actually clear, we stop right there!

Using a very fine, sterile suction tip attached to a professional medical unit, I will gently enter the ear canal. The machine makes a gentle buzzing or rushing sound (similar to a tiny hoover), which can sound a little loud because it’s inside your ear, but it doesn't hurt at all.

I will carefully lift the wax out piece by piece. The moment the blockage is cleared, most clients feel an instant release of pressure, followed by a wonderful return of crystal-clear sound.

For the absolute easiest and most comfortable removal, we highly recommend putting a few olive oil drops into your ears for 2 to 3 days before your appointment. This softens up the hard wax, making it slide out beautifully!
