Hello lovelies,

I'm sorry but there will be no yoga on the 12th and 26th May, as I have to go away for work.

However there will be classes on the 5th & 19th May where we will be focusing on the arms 🧘‍♀️

Meet Alison, our first teacher of the season, who you will meet this Sunday.

I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and with the help it has given me both physically and mentally, I decided to help others gain the benefit that I have had.
I am registered with the British Wheel of Yoga.

I believe yoga is beneficial to everyone and whatever age you are, it will help you with your balance and posture.

I am a big fan of open water swimming and cycling, and yoga plays a large part in my life.

My classes are suitable for all levels
