Behind the scenes… “Who is she?!” 😂
It takes me straight back to those iconic Nikki scenes from Big Brother. Brilliant. 😂
But seriously… if you’re new here, welcome to Vivré. 🤍
Vivré is so much more than treatments.
It was created from a vision — a vision of creating a place where people could come, feel cared for, feel heard, and hopefully find a little inspiration and hope to feel like themselves again.
I’ve always had a passion for making a difference.
For wanting to do more.
For wanting every person who walks through my doors to feel valued — physically, mentally and emotionally.
But why Vivré?
Like most people, I have a story that brought me here.
An experience elsewhere left me incredibly shaken and upset by the way vulnerability was being approached within the industry.
Rather than walk away, I decided I wanted to be part of the change.
To create something different.
Something built around integrity, care and genuinely wanting the best for the person sitting in front of me.
So, who am I?
I’m a single mum to two children.
I run my own business while being a full-time mum — and believe me, it’s a juggle! 😂
There have been years where I’ve worked six days a week, had little ones at home, employed staff and somehow tried to keep everything moving.
Looking back, I’m not entirely sure how I did it.
Actually… I’m fairly certain my head wasn’t above water for quite a lot of it! 😂
Over the last few months, I’ve made the decision to step back a little.
To work fewer days.
To be more present for my children.
And, importantly, to look after myself mentally so that I can continue to be the mum and business owner I want to be.
Because I’ve learnt something along the way…
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
What am I most passionate about?
People finding their worth again.
The part of themselves that perhaps got lost somewhere along the way.
I’m passionate about empowering women, encouraging confidence, supporting women’s freedom and helping people feel better within themselves.
And then there’s my hidden talent… depending on who you ask! 😂🎶
I used to be able to hold a tune!
I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, and my family always imagined I would pursue a career in music.
But it wasn’t where my heart was calling me.
And perhaps, looking back, my path was always meant to lead me here instead.
And finally… YOU. 🤍
Every single person who chooses Vivré means more to me than you probably realise.
