The session takes place from 8pm - 8.45pm (arrival at 7.55pm) at Millennium Hall Community Centre, Fulwood, Preston 📍
At this Cosy Christmas Calm Sound Bath, you’ll be guided to slow down, escape the busyness of the festive season, relax your mind and body, and rebalance your chakras, as you soak in the healing sounds and vibrations of the Crystal Singing Bowls in a cute candlelit setting.🕯️🎄
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a form of meditation. During a sound bath, you will lay down, close your eyes and simply “bathe” in the relaxing, healing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Please arrive promptly at 7:55pm to give us time to settle in before the session officially starts. The doors will be closed to maintain a relaxing, undisturbed space for attendees. Late arrivals are not permitted.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket or cushion to sit/lay on. These are not provided at the venue.
Bring blankets/sleeping bag to wrap yourself in for warmth/extra cosiness and any appropriate props to help yourself get comfortable. It is advisable to wear comfy/loose clothing. (Comfort is key!)
Booking online is essential. No walk ins.
