A couple of weeks ago I visited Hodgson Academy to talk to their sports students about building a career in sport.

I shared my own journey, including all the highs and lows along the way! I talked about studying sport, qualifying as a chartered physiotherapist and now splitting my week between Head of Academy Medical at Fleetwood Town FC and running my own clinic, SANA Physiotherapy.

I wanted to show that sport studies isn’t just PE teaching or coaching. It’s physiotherapy, sports science, strength & conditioning and so much more!

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT!

It's been a while since I posted on here, but I've got some big news.

As you may have seen, I have launched my new private clinic, SANA Physiotherapy. This is based at Sargent Fitness in Blackpool. It's built for everyone from runners to office workers who want expert, individualised care to get back to yourself properly, not just a quick fix.

I'm now a Chartered Physiotherapist and work full time as Head of Academy Medical at Fleetwood Town Football Club, so you're genuinely in good hands.

I'm currently seeing patients on a Wednesday and I'd love to welcome back any of my old patients from Barnes Sports Injury & Performance, as well as anyone new that wants to move better and recover from injury.

Thanks for all my previous patients for their trust and I hope to see as many of you as possible at SANA Physiotherapy!
