🌿 A little piece of Tuscany… and a big reminder to look after ME too. 🇮🇹❤️

I’ve just come back from the most beautiful holiday in Tuscany, and honestly, I didn’t realise just how much I needed it.

I’m always telling others to look after themselves, to listen to their bodies and make time for them.
But the truth is… I need to practise what I preach too.
This holiday wasn’t just about getting away. It was about taking time to recuperate, reset and reconnect with myself.
I invested in me, with MLD, massage, sunshine, beautiful food, plenty of laughter and maybe one glass of red w**e (or few)...🍷😂

It reminded me that self-care isn’t about being perfect. It’s about living.
It’s okay to eat the pasta. 🍝
It’s okay to have the dessert.
It’s okay to have a drink… or several! 🥂
It’s okay to laugh, relax, switch off and enjoy the moment.

Because it all matters.
Your body matters.
Your mind matters.
Your happiness matters.
YOU matter.

I came home feeling more relaxed, more grounded and, most importantly, more like myself again.

So, if you’re always putting everyone else first, let this be your reminder:

You’re allowed to take time for you.

You’re allowed to invest in yourself and to enjoy your life without guilt. ❤️

I advocate self-care for my clients every day, but I advocate it for myself too.
And if your body is asking for some TLC, maybe it’s time to listen. 🌿

Today I had the pleasure of treating another client with a Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage. 🌿

My client left the treatment smiling with the outcome. She said her shoulders and neck felt much looser, and overall she felt a lot lighter. It was wonderful to see such a positive response, and I'm so pleased she left feeling relaxed and refreshed.
