Learn how to integrate Thai yoga massage techniques into your existing couch-massage practice. You'll learn how to give a couch massage with dynamic, flowing movements using joint manipulation, stretching, compression work and acupressure. In the 2-day course, we focus more on the lower back, hips, legs and feet. All our face-to-face teaching includes additional video recordings to support your learning at home.

This course is designed to introduce you to this wonderful, ancient form of massage. It is a great opportunity to experience Thai massage in a fun and relaxed way with a willing friend or partner. You could even learn it together, so you both get the benefit of it.

You'll learn how to give and receive a short Thai yoga massage routine that you can then practise on friends and family.

The routine includes foot massage, leg stretches, arm massage and stretches, plus back, neck and shoulder massage. This is a practical course with no written work required. You can learn at your own pace and study whenever at a time to suit you.
