A huge thank you to my gorgeous friend Kate owner of Campbell's Photography Branding for the most amazing photo shoot experience. (It actually happened a few weeks ago but i've been rubbish with my socials recently)

Not only is she incredibly talented at what she does, she also has this wonderful way of making you feel completely relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera — no awkwardness, just lots of laughs and fun along the way!

Kate is honestly one of the loveliest, most genuine humans you could meet, and her warmth shines through in every part of the experience. I’m so grateful for the time, care and magic she brought to the shoot… and I absolutely love the photos

If you’re thinking about booking a brand shoot, I couldn’t recommend her enough.

MHA Communities Rothwell & District

Being mindful means paying close attention to the present moment and your thoughts, feelings and surroundings without judgment. 🙏

A lovely afternoon @ Pointers Pop-In of mindful colouring as part of mental health awareness week alongside word searching, calming and soothing chamomile tea , donuts kindly donated by our member Lynn and beautiful hand massages with thanks to Alison at Inner Balance….. and of course the usual giggles and game of dominoes.

The recent Demonstrations of Mediumship we’ve been hosting have been such a special experience.

They’ve been incredibly well received, and I’m so grateful for the lovely feedback that’s been coming through. It’s clear these evenings are creating a meaningful, supportive space for people to connect, reflect, and experience something truly unique.

Each session is kept intentionally small, limited to just 4 people, which allows for a more personal and intimate experience for everyone attending.

One attendee shared this:

“I recently attended an Introduction to Mediumship session through Alison and found it really engaging from start to finish. Susan was fascinating to watch and listen to—she explained things clearly, shared her experiences in an authentic way, and kept everyone interested throughout the evening. It was both insightful and thought-provoking (if not a little emotional), and I came away feeling inspired and curious to learn more.”

Sue will be taking a short break over the next few weeks, but we will definitely be running more sessions soon.

If you feel drawn to attend or would like to experience one of these evenings for yourself, just drop me a message and I can add you to the waiting list — you’ll be the first to hear when the next dates are released.

And if you already have a group of 4, we can arrange a private session just for you and your friends — get in touch to find out more.

West Yorkshire, there are hundreds of thousands of people caring for partners, parents, children, and friends. It’s a role taken on with love — but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. Many carers rarely get a break, and over time that can lead to burnout and a real impact on their own wellbeing.

The Caring Kind Project exists to change that.

They work with local businesses to provide free, meaningful breaks for unpaid carers — anything from a coffee and cake, to a spa experience, a meal out, or even a short stay away. These moments of rest aren’t just a luxury — they’re essential. They give carers the chance to pause, recharge, and return to their role feeling supported and valued.

What I love most about this project is that it’s built on kindness and community — recognising that those who care for others also deserve care themselves.

As someone who works in wellbeing, this really resonates with me. Supporting this charity feels like a natural extension of what I do — holding space not just for relaxation, but for people who give so much of themselves to others.

If you’d like to learn more, support the project, or even get involved, I’d really encourage you to take a look.
