This week, we're shining a spotlight on Yusuf Muritala, our brilliant Deputy Manager based in Leeds!

Yusuf has been part of the Madiba family for 2 years and 11 months, and his dedication to our young people shines through every single day.

Here's what Yusuf's has to say about working at Madiba:
"We provide top-notch individualised care by creating fantastic experiences for the children, nurturing their sense of self, building skills, fostering relationships and sparking excitement. I've enjoyed tremendous support from senior management, managers, deputies, team leaders, and our RSW/waking nights team, together we are shaping the lives of children and young people, giving them the opportunity to be happy and achieve their full potential."

Fun Fact: When he's not busy making a difference at Madiba, Yusuf finds inspiration through his prayers and loves spending time in the gym!
