🏆 We’re delighted to be finalists in the 2026 LaingBuisson Awards!

Promni Health has been shortlisted for Best in Primary Care & Diagnostics for our work with Bordesley East Primary Care Network, delivering an innovative Work & Wellbeing pathway in primary care.

The pathway takes a different approach to work-related ill health ... moving beyond traditional fit note provision to focus on earlier intervention, functional recovery, rehabilitation and helping patients remain in or return to work.

Between February and June 2026, the programme delivered:

➡️ 213 attended patient consultations
➡️ 94 onward referrals into WorkWell and associated services
➡️ An estimated 53.25 hours of GP clinical capacity released

Having previously won this category in 2023 and 2025, we’re incredibly proud to be recognised again and particularly pleased to see our growing work across new models of primary and neighbourhood care being recognised.

Today marks an exciting new chapter for our organisation as Primary Care Physio officially becomes Promni Health.

Over the years, we’ve grown far beyond physiotherapy alone and now deliver multidisciplinary NHS clinical services across primary care, community and neighbourhood health systems.

While our name is changing, our people, values and commitment to supporting the NHS remain exactly the same.

Not our usual uniform… but we scrub up well 🕴️✨

Some of the Primary Care Physio team are in London tonight attending the HSJ Independent Healthcare Provider Awards 2026

We’re proud to be shortlisted for Outstanding Contribution to Preventative Care.

Preventative, person-centred care has never been more important to support people to stay well, manage risk earlier, and reduce avoidable demand on the wider system.

Our nomination recognises an innovative project led by

Menopause Education: Empowering women with the knowledge and skills to manage menopause

Delivered across East Lancashire, this programme is addressing health inequalities by:

- Supporting women in minoritised communities
- Delivering sessions in multiple languages to overcome cultural and communication barriers
- Improving understanding of symptoms, treatment options, and the preventative benefits of HRT
- Reducing the risk of chronic pain, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease

Through close collaboration with Primary Care Networks and Learning Disability teams, the programme is improving access, strengthening continuity of care, and supporting better long-term outcomes.

This work reflects the direction set out in the NHS 10-Year Plan … proactive, neighbourhood-based care that prevents escalation and tackles inequalities.

We’re incredibly proud of the team and the impact they continue to deliver.

Last quarter, we launched our new Quarterly Colleague Awards - a direct “you said, we did” action following feedback from our annual Staff Experience & Engagement Survey.
