📢 Help Us Reduce Missed Appointments
In June, 138 GP and nurse appointments were not attended at our practice.
Every missed appointment is time that could have been offered to another patient who needs care. Missed appointments can lead to longer waiting times and reduce the number of appointments available for everyone.

By cancelling in advance, you help us offer that appointment to another patient and make the best use of NHS resources.

Stop Va**ng Service
A new stop va**ng service has launched as part of the Leeds Stop Smoking Services, supporting people who want to quit all forms of ni****ne, including vapes, pouches and NRT.

Running as a 6-week programme, the service offers a combination of behavioural support and fully funded treatment options to help people become, and stay, ni****ne-free.

As we move closer to a smokefree generation, it’s fantastic to see to***co use declining. However, ni****ne use—particularly among people who have never smoked—is increasing. Recent data shows 10% of adults and around 20% of young people (11–17) have used e-cigarettes despite not previously smoking.

The service is open to anyone aged 15+ in Leeds who is currently using ni****ne products and is ready to quit.
